7x 35oz rump steaks, 5x 8oz sirloins and some thinly sliced striploin. I've been going the gym for two months and I think I eat clean (whole foods) and beef is the only meat I eat, no marinades only sea salt and airfry until rare. Apparently beef contains 2.3g of creatine per pound and herring contains the most at 4.5g per pound probably not sustainable since that 16oz of fish everyday I love fish but not that much! Anyway I think this is my first post here so Hello everyone, I'm enjoying the posts this group makes 😁
