What’s the verdict folks?

Felt like steak, but didn't have fancy steak money, so I got a top sirloin pack from Aldi (one pack split into 3).
Was shooting for medium rare, how'd I do? 🙂

    Steak was awesome 👌. Mash looked dry, rest the steak on a dry mash for free gravey like goodness. But still 10/10 would eat.

    They look good! I think the white balance is off on the first picture right? They look yellow, I thought it was chicken!
