    Recipe:

    Littleneck clams
    Linguini
    White wine
    Butter
    Olive oil
    Garlic
    Parsley
    Clam juice
    Chopped clams

    Cook the whole clams in a broth of wine, butter, oil, garlic and clam juice. Once they open they are done. Remove and set aside. Continue reducing the sauce and concentrate the flavors. Make pasta and add to the sauce when al dente. Add in a can of drained chopped or mixed clams if you like more clams. Add some chopped parsley. Salt and pepper. Serve when satisfied. It is an easy dish of course.
