Rubbed with a brown sugar spice mix and salt for 12 hours before reverse searing at 250, pulling it out at internal 118 and searing for 70 seconds on a cast iron pan. Could have let it rest for an additional 5 to keep more juices in

Excellent cook! I’m sure you rested at least 5 minutes. Honestly, this cut is so juicy that I don’t think additional resting would’ve made a difference. Great job!
