Honey Glazed Pork Chops! Gluten and Dairy Free!

Ingredients
2 Big/4 Small Pork Chops
½ Cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic
Chopped Parsley
½ Lb. Brussel Sprouts
2 Cups Broccoli
½ Packet Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 and cut Broccoli and Brussel sprouts into bite size pieces. Sprinkle brussels with olive oil, salt and pepper, and a cover broccoli with ranch packet seasoning. Cook about 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile in small bowl whisk together ketchup, honey, soy and vinegar. Season pork with salt and pepper, then add ghee and oil to pan on medium heat. Cook pork until golden brown about 4-6 minutes per side until cooked through, then remove. Add garlic and cook 1 min, then add ketchup mixture to pot and stir occasionally until thickened. Then return pork chops to pan and coat with sauce. Serve pork chops with additional sauce on top, veggies and garnish with parsley.
