hey guys welcome back to my channel I’m Selma and this is my kitchen today we’re making a dip that I am totally addicted to this is whipped feta dip and I saw it for the first time on Tik Tok and just looking at the texture I knew I had to try it my version of this dip takes five ingredients we’re using a block of feta cheese some Greek yogurt olive oil lemon juice and honey and we’re throwing everything in our food processor blending it up until it’s creamy and smooth and then you’re ready to enjoy it if you’ve had Veta cheese before you know it has a really delicious salty Tangy taste to it but it is a harder cheese so adding these ingredients to the food processor with it creates that really creamy smooth texture that we love in a dip I like using this dip as a spread in my sandwiches under a bed of roasted veggies or just as a simple dip with crackers peita chips normal chips really it’s so good even dipped with like fresh veggies in it you cannot go wrong I have a hard time not eating this out of the food processor let’s make it so this recipe starts with our feta cheese of course I’m using an entire block of one of the higher quality fetas that I could find at my grocery store I have tried this with a cheaper brand of feta and it just didn’t turn out as creamy and delicious so definitely don’t skip that step and we’re adding that to our food processor with our Greek yogurt a little bit of Honey some olive oil and lemon juice everything gets processed and at this step you need to be patient and keep processing until you get that creamy smooth texture with no big feta clumps left I know I ran my food processor for longer than what I thought it would take but in the end it still only took about 2 minutes and from there you’re ready to serve you can have this PL as a spread in sandwiches as I mentioned earlier or just like this I like topping with a little bit of olive oil some zetar and some fresh dill for my garden and that’s all there is to it so this is amazing okay I just finished the whipped feta it took about 5 minutes to blend up you really want to be patient with it and make sure that it’s creamy smooth before you stop the food processor I am going to be snacking on this all afternoon the Greek yogurt just makes it so luscious and creamy as well as the olive oil yeah it’s literally going to be here all day I hope you guys give it a try and let me know what you think until next time
