I made a couple batches of Blueberry Lime Jam (Recipe from Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving) and need some advice about air bubbles. The air bubbles are small but widespread in jar on left so my gut says probably not safe, but they're less common in jar on the right where I'm not sure.
Any insight is appreciated – thank you!

air bubbles are fine assuming you followed all other procedures correctly. usually what I do to keep them away is give a few firm taps of the jar on the counter after I filled it.
How long has it been since you made them and have you been storing them with the rings on?
As previously stated these will be fine with the use of the tested recipe. I would just suggest using that jar first.
