Using a heavy duty carousel drying rack and about to go hang them in my father in law’s garage to cure. (I plant in a community garden)

I don’t even have the patience to wait for carrots or radishes. I don’t think I can handle staring at Garlic for almost a year to get this harvest. But hats off to all of you do.

I don’t think riding your car around like that is how you cure garlic though.

Looks great! I just finished my harvest and set up my old greenhouse in my den as a curing rack. Looking forward to garliciky eating for the next few months!

Holy smokes I didn’t know garlic gets this tall. I’m planning on planting this fall for the first time.. glad I now know what to expect lol
