My first steak (carne asada flat iron) on my new grill. I just wish I had more left!

Went a little more medium than I wanted, which is OK, since my wife normally only eats carbonized well-done bricks…. or doesn't eat the beef at all…. everyone has their flaws 🙂 I'm loving the sear zone on my new Weber!
