Not exactly a veggie, but I really love how well my single lavender plant has done. I know some people cook with lavender, but I will be making some nice sachets.

It’s really good if you brew it with some Earl Grey tea and add some cream and sweetener for a London Fog! And I’ve made some lavender simple syrup before that was tasty in cocktails and things.
