    Usually it’s just cosmetic and most of the time you won’t even be able to tell why it’s considered “second” quality. Might be a scratch in the surface or the color may not be spot on or consistent all the way around, or the badge might be crooked. Functionally, you won’t find any difference, the lid will lock securely, the safety features will all work the same and you can “can” till you drop with no worries. Some times you’ll have to buy the racks or weighted gauge separately and some times they’ll be included.
