Anyone know if this is a good way to make all-in-one rice dish?
Looks like he added to the rice cooker:
sweet sake
soy sauce
salt
dashi
chikuwa (fish cake)
cooked tofu (subtitles didn't say)
carrots (julienne)
After cooking, I believe he also added canned salmon chunks (at 9:49).
I'll probably add some green onions to the rice cooker for some greens.

[https://www.justonecookbook.com/takikomi-gohan/](https://www.justonecookbook.com/takikomi-gohan/) there are many different types of mixed rice but it’s not exactly a one pot dish and it’s eaten as a part of a set meal with some sides of veg, a soup, and maybe a grilled fish or other protein.
It’s a common way to prepare takikomi gohan. Tofu was probably sliced aburaage
