Today, but I don't know for how long. I came across a half off 2 year old Canadian white cheddar for $5. I had to stop myself cz I still have 2kg worth of cheese in the fridge (Dubliner, Mozarella, Havarti) and I just bought this Castello and took 1 hr commute for it. It's more like dessert cheese..No need to pair it with anything 😋
