New cheese monger 😂 I'm a cheapskate and most cheese blocks cost $10 so I was happy with the $4 processed cheese slices until my store started heavily discounting them so I got to try various kinds for $2. I've always liked brie and camembert with the cafe made sandwiches, especially with jam, but this changed my romance level with cheese and realised I prefer hard cheese more.
This was my first love 😂 I got it for CAD $1.50 and wished I got all of them. Baked on 🥯 goodness! I just finished my Asiago block for $2.50. My next love affair – a Dubliner I got from Costco for $5 and I'm also enjoying dutch Havarti, I melt it on a 🥯 and it covers the whole bagel like lava flowing from a volcano
