What is this gel like blood in my meat? Tumor? Cancer?

I've had a search and couldn't find anything similar.
Cut is a 4.5kg Top Sirloin i bought from Costco to dice. I've never seen this in any meat I've previously butchered.

Is it edible or should it all be returned? Thx
