Recipe (rough)
Pasta: 100g of flour per large egg. I had leftover pasta stored in fridge in cling wrap for another dish.
Italian sausage: 1lb
Sauce: sautéed diced onions, minced garlic, added heavy cream, plus salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. A
Add the al dente pasta to pan with sauce and sausage, add a couple tablespoons of pasta water, cook for about a minute.
Added frozen peas to the mix, and chopped parsley for garnish.
