I used Trader Joe’s 10 min farro to make a quick little grain salad.

I think this was baby broccoli I picked up at the market. I forgot the name but it is less bitter then broccoli, a bit sweet. These were sautéed with garlic and chili flakes, mixed with raw chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley. To keep the farro from being bland I cooked it in some veggie broth.

The shrimp and Chermoula were leftovers from the weekend.
