    Denvers are my favorite to cook. Always cheap enough, and if you do it right, full of flavor. I haven’t tried sous vide yet, but reverse sear works for me. Those look great!

    Flipping every minute on a cast iron preheated over medium heat is my go to now. Also, when you flip, flip into a different part of the pan.
