What are your thoughts about steak and healthy stuff?

    In the winter and colder months I like steak with potatoes and in the summer I prefer steak with a fresh crispy salad or steamed veggies. Definitely a weather thing for me

    Literally just had that last night. Grass fed ribeye sliced on top of lettuce tomatoes cucumbers celery with Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Felt really good this morning, didn’t feel heavy or bloated at all even though it was a late dinner

    Skirt Steak on top of arugula salad, with shaved red onion, kalamata olives and diced tomatoes and a little grated parm with a dijon vinaigrette is a go to staple of eating healthy for me

    Love steak and salad! In San Francisco, there is a local pizza spot that, IMO, have one of the better steak salads (Pasquale’s Pizzeria)!

    I like it in Chinese food as a ster Fry, I prefer it with veggies, but a sharp vinaigrette salad goes well with it also or as an extra on a steak sandwich.

    Steak with a blue cheese and walnut salad is one of my favourites. A nice citrus dressing pairs well with some of the fattier cuts as well.

    I also like steak for breakfast with fried eggs. All about moderation.

    It’s my favorite way to eat steak. Meat is already really heavy on my stomach so I don’t want to eat it with more “heavy” foods like potatos or pasta.

    steak, so long as it comes from a cow that is not pumped full of crap, is VERY healthy. Also, unpasteurized dairy and cod liver oil. These things will make you feel AMAZING.
