Picked up a 5LB Tri-Tip and trimmed it down to about 4 pounds before grilling. Took about 45 min to cook till it hit 135 internal temp before I pulled it and let it rest for another 10 min. I personally like my steak Medium rare but my family prefers it a bit more done so I settled with Medium.

I smoke mine for two hours and then sear it on the grill, so I count it as doing both.
It looks good man. A little more well than I prefer but I would still eat the hell out of it. I usually pull my tri-tip at 128 or 130 and let it rest tented with foil
Edit: I just went back and reread that you were actually shooting from medium so . . . . absolute perfection! 👌🏻
