    I love hangar steak. Super beefy flavor and decently tender but I’d cut against the grain next time 💕

  7. If I was being super overly critical, I’d say shit stayed in the oven for an extra 3-5 mins.

    But it still looks super amazing and I bet it was great!

    Beautiful even sear, and internal pink looks perfectly medium rare and ridiculously juicy. Cutting against the grain or not, I bet it still tasted great. Very nice job for your first post!

    yes – except the cut will make it chewy. Change the direction an it will be good. Its a lot like flank.
