i rarely make steak but i love to cook. grilling these huge ribeyes was tedious and i would’ve done a reverse sear if it wasn’t so many steaks. i personally don’t like my steak this rare so i let mine go for a few more minutes but it overcooked and i got so frustrated. any advice on getting a good medium/medium rare on the grill is appreciated! btw i made a garlic rosemary infused oil for these bad boys and the flavors were bursting🤤
