To all you Grillers, Smokers and good people the other side of the pond who have gone out of your way to advise and encourage me on what has been an interesting journey I missed your major holiday yesterday. I’d kill for some rain over here. Cheers to you, mate! Grilling is a universal thing bound by no holiday. Just the love of the craft and the pursuit of perfecting perfection and sometimes getting into arguments on the internet!
So classy! 😁 my area was also too rainy to grill, so we went with the second best cooking method of frying most of it up. Tomorrow, we grill!
