I guess you can say this is my baking era how long this will last really only the future knows I’ve been following this person named Audrey on Instagram and she mostly posts dessert recipes I am a sucker for a good carrot cake with cream cheese icing cream cheese icing is the only icing I genuinely like so when I saw her post a recipe making this I knew I needed to try it I modified this a little bit by adding lemon juice to the cream cheese icing and making it into cupcakes for easy eating let me tell you it did not disappoint this was so delicious five out of five would definitely recommend let me know if you have any recipes that you think I should try next I’m looking for something that isn’t overly sweet and is fairly beginner friendly
