ingredients
-4 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
– 1 tsp to 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (depends if you like it spicy)
– grated parmesan cheese (grate with the smallest setting so it melts easily)
– spaghetti normal or thin works fine (be sure to use a good one as it helps sauce to stick)
– extra virgin olive oil (California Olive Ranch is the best one I have found for this dish

notes
-when adding pasta water add a little at a time and as it evaporates add more do this will pasta is cooking to give enough time for the water to evaporate
– when cooking pasta in sauce increase heat to medium as this will help it to absorb more of the sauce

ago eolo cut your garlic Into Thin slices grate some Parmesan cheese add pasta to a pot of boiling salted water and stir cook garlic for 2 minutes in extra virgin olive oil over medium low heat then add red pepper flakes mix together and cook for 1 minute more take one cup of your pasta water and add it to the sauce this will help to thicken the sauce as the water slowly evaporates add your alente pasta to the sauce cook for 2 minutes more stirring frequently with the heat off add the parmesan cheese and mix together until fully Incorporated take your pasta and put it into your bowl be sure to get all the bits of garlic stuck in the side of the pan and now your agolo is complete
