1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 large bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin
1tbsp garlic paste or crushed garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1.5 tsp red peper
1.5 tsp garram masala
.5 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 head cauliflower
1 lb green beans
Lemon juice to taste

Hit saute 5min on ip add oil and onion and bay leaf and cumin. Deglaze with splash of broth if needed. Add rest of ingredients and stir. 1 min on pressure and instant release after 5 minutes to soften beans. Garnish with lemon juice. Serve with small portion brown rice.

    Forgot to say you can do this as a side dish with fish which is best. Also I am a terrible photographer. The food is much better than my picture.
