I’m not happy with a lot of aspects of them, but I tried so so hard. Any constructive criticism welcome, I am hoping to get more practice and improve!!

Hi! Bakery owner here— firstly, these are really impressive for first cakes!! Secondly, when it comes to Lambeth style cakes (with the multiple borders) I recommend that you let each border chill and harden in the freezer/fridge before you add the next layer to avoid any smudging. 3) I would recommend practicing with your buttercream consistencies. The consistency you use for smoothing the sides should be thinner (eg tempered buttercream), but the consistency for the piping details should be thicker. 4) Try using a warm bench scraper on your buttercream to get smooth sides. Let me know if you have any questions— happy to chat!
