Anyone have an idea of when to pull bush beans out? Any tried and true signs?

Feast or famine is what it’s all about. You’ve either got nothing or you’re begging your neighbors to take some off your hands.

lmao… I assure you… there are 3x that on the vine that you missed 😂
Picking green beans is treated like an Easter egg hunt in my family. My boys are 25 and 22 years old and still get excited to pick them. Just now, their fiancés join them.

How big is your plant. Mine is about 6 inches tall. Around 20 leaves not many beans yet

Green beans are definitely a vegetable that just keeps on giving. I grow pole beans along a section of my wrought iron fence each year, and I spend hours upon hours picking them, it goes on for months.

Just needs bacon grease.
Bahahahha. That was me. Soon you will also know the feeling of “is it possible to die by being crushed under the weight of beans?”
Tip: Blanche and freeze them when you start to get overwhelmed.
