    I prefer a different soy sauce and I buy plain rice vinegar and ‘season it’ myself with sugar and salt.

  2. Costco sells “sushi grade” farm-raised Norwegian steelhead salmon for 10.99/lb. I’ve been having it weekly for about a year with no issues.

    It’s pretty crazy how many pieces of salmon you will get from that for less than 20$.
