Attended a bbq class last Saturday and finally got to try the pork belly burned ends I see so much of on the internet. We also grilled this humongous steak, cavemen style finish directly on the coals.

I was going to make a joke about there being a lot of cargo shorts there. Then I looked through the pics and thought damn there actually is a lot of cargo shorts there.
