Basically as the title says – I have to go in and split each one manually.

    Mine does the same, is it still pretty sticky?

    For the next time i wanted to roll the sheets 1 setting ticker the usual and let the sheets dry for a bit,
    And then roll them through as linguine.

    Dry your sheets for 15 minutes or so before cutting

    Using a little more flour in my dough helped also.

    Mine does the same. A bit drier when passing through the die helps a little. They all separate when in the water boiling. No need to hand separate.

  6. As others have said, if you let the dough sheets dry prior to cutting it should help. I had the same issue when I tried the linguini attachment.
