What could be more iconic in the world of baking than Martha Stewart teaching Julia Child how to make her famous almond wedding cake? Watch this unforgettable episode of “Baking with Julia” in the American Archive of Public Broadcasting courtesy of Maryland Public Television: [https://americanarchive.org/catalog/cpb-aacip-394-60cvdzfz](https://americanarchive.org/catalog/cpb-aacip-394-60cvdzfz)

The episode where the two of them both make cream puff trees is a classic too! Julia’s is lopsided and falling over, and Martha’s is perfect 😅

Julia’s coq au vin from her show The French Chef is still my go to recipe for dinner gatherings. Such an icon ❤️

When I was a kid, I was obsessed with Martha Stewart’s Wedding Cakes book. I eventually went to pastry school. I’m nowhere near a kitchen these days, but Martha definitely put the bug into me!
