How old is this cheese?

Hi there.
I have this delicious cheese but can't find more info on it. It's label says
"Cheese 50+ with Basil & Garlic"
Imported from Holland and through Cheeselandinc out of Seattle.
My question is regarding the "50+"
That's not age is it? Either months or weeks?
Or does that have to do with the milk or some other factors.
I've been googling it and have no clue lol
Any Info would be appreciated and any pairing recommendations for an even cheesier father's day are also welcome! Thank you.
