It’s no surprise that this presentation is for an order that is like 30% farmed (assuming but be real) Atlantic salmon nigiri.

Of all the posts I agree with, this isn’t one of them. Looks super clean and neat, serving sushi like this is common. The sub would be more accurate for the sushi they serve on nude female models, but I think people would be willing to abandon the plates for that one too.

I mean the serving is fine, I’d just be annoyed eating lukewarm sushi that’s obviously been sitting out for like an hour.
What is the point of the plastic? Stupid shit. Just clean the glass and use that if you are not using plates.
The only issue I can see is using that jet of flame near a cold glass surface, on the off chance it causes heat shock and that whole table turns into glass confetti.
It’s an outside risk, but still avoidable if you just pick up the damn plate like he did the first time.
