Asking a question here… what do yall do with your left overs? I froze mine flat in a sandwich bag and broken off what I needed. Is that a good way to go

I have a jar of La Costeña that I bought to make some tinga de pollo ages ago, still unused 😩
Petroguru
Actually, not listed. I love the deveined jalapenos from Clemente Jacque but are difficult to find.

San Marcos is yucky. Too sweet and mushy

Another for La Costeña, but I get the one in a jar instead of a can. It lasts a long time, and so many things I like to cook need just a spoonful of chipotle instead of a whole can.

There’s only two brands where I live. I prefer Casa Fiesta over La Costena. La Costena is a bit too dry and acidic in comparison.
