Monteverde appreciation post

Have to give a post here to shout out what’s been my favorite Italian restaurant that I’ve had in the city. It’s not your grandmas Italian but don’t take that as a negative. Monteverde boasts a relatively small menu of season elevated pasta and Italian dishes. The highlight of my meal was the tortello filled with sheep’s milk ricotta in a tomato sauce with mint pesto.

I only wish I could have ordered more when I was there.
