    Damn, where I live steaks are like $30-40 just for store bought small NY strips. Definitely jealous, but those look good!

    I bought a pro series multi probe meat thermometer last month. I’ve eaten more steak over the last month, than I have the last few years. Game changer!

    We live in central Florida where the nearest Costco is about 60 miles away. We make a trip there about once a month. Will never shop at Walmart/Sams Club. Will not contribute to the Walton family. We buy prime for the cost of choice. We go for ribeye!!!!

    Same, I usually load up when I can find rib-eye for under $12/#. My cutoff used to be $10 but damn inflation. Luckily I’m just a single dude and a dog right now so it doesn’t sound too bad considering I rarely eat out.
