Breakfast: avocado toast on whole wheat bread with tomatoes, red onion, feta, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Sometimes I add a little hot sauce or chili flakes if I’m feeling it!

Lunch: a bit of an experiment today. Falafacos. I usually do a grain bowl or salad but we had tortillas left over from last night’s cauli tacos. Tzatziki spread on the tortilla, diced cucumber, tomato, white onion, homemade falafel, and feta. (I usually get whole wheat tortillas but I’m trying to clean out my freezer and these were in there from before we started MD)
