    Recipe:

    Brown the ground pork, set aside. Sauteed onions, bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms and ginger until soft. Pork back in the pan, with chili garlic paste and then deglaze with Mirin and Soy sauce. Add chicken stock and reduce. Add bay leaf and heavy cream, reduce.

    To assemble:

    Heat up sauce with a little butter. Cook pasta til al dente, add to sauce with pasta water. Add butter to emulsify off heat. Garnished with scallions, toasted sesame seeds and togarashi.

    Didn’t expect it to be good, pleasantly surprised.
