Fiancés away for a bachelorette weekend. So it’s a steak frites kinda night
And yes, I made the butter.
Frites are tossed in sea salt, garlic and rosemary and the steak was seasoned with salt and pepper, sous vide with garlic and herbs then finished with a butter baste.
