I bought brand new jars and all of them had the lids sealed, like I had to pry them off. All of them have a sealing ring 😔 I bought new lids but are these safe to use to pressure or water seal? Or should they go in my dry goods pile?

You should be fine. I’ve had this happen to me as well with new jars. I think it has something to do with a change in altitude while shipping.
