Amy's sucks
"For example a regular can of Campbell's Soup Cream of Mushroom Soup contains 860mg of salt & heavy cream" BUT they don't say anything about the Healthy Choice Lentil Vegetable Soup featured at 5:36 that's got 720mg of Sodium (31%DV). Let's be honest that brand has been known to be anything but healthy as it & many other similar brands have come under a lot of fire for their heavy use of sodium.
If u eat beets u eat MSG..GET OVER IT.

They ALL are bad… make your own..its easy like water and stuff in a pot
