I’ve had ribs from Smoque, Smoke Daddy, Trivoli Tavern (which I would assume are the same ribs at Green Street Smoked Meats), Soul & Smoke, and Boulevard (probably the worst ribs I’ve ever had, but home to some of my favorite wings in the city).
I haven’t found a better rib place yet. Service is usually fast and friendly. Can’t go wrong with any of the sides. I’m not a brisket person, but the wife is a huge fan. We’re both a fan of their smoked wings, as well.

What I find great about ribs is there’s a broad spectrum of what people like and many different approaches are delicious
People like a longer cook and falling off the bone, that’s great! I’ll eat a pound. Other people like more of a chew and less smokiness, that’s great too! I’ll still eat a pound. I love the ribs from offset, I also love the GSSM ribs (my wallet does not), I love the ribs from Carsons! It’s a great dish and we have great options in the city.
Love the chicken fried ribs
They look good. Have you tried Carson’s or Honky Tonk?
Looks over sauced and over cooked. Those sides look pathetic.
E: downvoted for honest opinion. OK. The meat is pulled way up the both – probably tough and chewy. Saucing ribs is not usually necessary if there’s a dry rub (there is). One can add a sauce during the eating process, like one would a burrito. Or meat pie. The corn looks dry and unimpressive and the corn bread is a neat square – no crumbs or signs of warmness. Nothing I hate more than dry ass cornbread.
It’s a great little spot. There chicken is good too. And in June they did a pull pork Jibarito which might’ve been the best sandwich I have ever eaten
Love offset! Super friendly staff in there we are always treated well. Weekend brunch they do a brisket biscuits and gravy with bang bang biscuits that is incredible
Are those beef ribs?

That place is outstanding, been raving about it since I took my dad for father’s day. Those smoked wings are great it’s a toss up if theirs or City’s Edges are better.
I-57 and Alice’s bbq
Ribs, smoked wings are def worth the visit. The thing from Offset I can taste just on memory: smoked sweet potato with cinnamon butter
Let me guess: that was $30+?
I lived so close to there for years, walked and biked past a million times. It’s on our “date restaurant” lists.
I moved to the burbs, please send help (and ribs).
Go to Lem’s, bro.
I’ve not had the ribs there yet, but it’s one of my favorites. I love their brisket. I actually really liked their cornbread, maybe freshness is an issue there? I’ve only gone at lunchtime so it may have been more recently made.
