Made my 1st malloreddus in an arrabbiata sauce

    Pasta:
    200g of semolina
    100ml of water
    5ml olive oil

    Sauce:
    1 garlic clove fried gently in olive oil and removed. Chilli to taste, I added one. Can of tomatoes.
    Salt to taste.
    2 tbsp of chopped italian parsley to finish
