Grocery store meat cutter, I know it's not super marbled but I'm used to getting much leaner meat than this. When I took some off the primal and saw it was a little nicer than usual I put it through the machine a couple more times and cut myself four steaks off of it. The rest are in the freezer. Sorry about the plastic plate 😅

I’d say this is an exceptionally well marbled choice or a prime cut. Tenderizing probably wouldn’t do much, maybe even overtenderize it.
I would’ve gone for vinegar and/or citrus if I wanted it more tender, but a well cooked cut like this would pull away even by hand without additional measures
That’s a very good looking cut of beef. Absolutely no need to tenderize it.
