A lot of love for Gochujang, adds such amazing depth to a dish. I use it all the time

I use it a lot in my cooking, but I have to consciously leave it out sometimes. It has such a strong and distinct flavor that it can overpower other ingredients. Love it though.

I adore gochujang. It’s not easy to source here, but when I do have it I’ll use it on anything, from fried eggs to soups to smashed cucumbers.
