Gave a recipe I saw on here a try. Turned out more like apples in sauce, but since i was planning on usingit for pancakes anyway it works!

I’ve never had a jam that was so chunky. I’m thinking it would be good for lots of applications, not just toast. I looked up the recipe and found one that credits the Ball Blue Book 2014:
