I had a stroke 2 days ago (34f) and the doctors don't know why. I have recently lost 58lbs, my blood pressure was/is good and no high cholesterol. I have severe narrowing of the blood vessels in the right side of my brain and a major plaque build up. I also found out I had multiple strokes over the last few weeks, just none with symptoms I noticed. So I decided to dive in fully to Mediterranean. I made cedar plank salmon on the grill, brushed with lemon, dill, chives and garlic. I also made arborio rice (we were out of brown and wild rice) with sundried tomatoes and olive oil with a squeeze of lemon juice. Not pictured is the fresh picked cucumber from my garden. It was all delicious!
