Only seasoned with salt and pepper and pan seared with garlic and olive oil. Made a simple white bean salad to go with it. I could eat this everyday.

    I lived in Chile for years and couldn’t figure out what Chilean Sea Bass is. They actually don’t have it there! They rebranded it in the states and started calling it that!
