Costco Prime Ribeye was cooked via sous vide for 2 hours at 129F.

Dried with paper towel and then lightly coated with avocado oil and salt, pepper, garlic, onion seasoning.

Finished on Weber kettle, 2 mins per quarter turn.

Let rest for 10 minutes on wire rack

Sliced thin and enjoyed with some herb and Parmesan potatoes and green beans.

Fat was perfectly rendered and we ate every bite.
